Pasta with chicken-balls

Ingredients:

300gm chicken mince

4 tablespoon plain flour 

1 tablespoon corn flour

Salt according to taste 

Black pepper according to taste 

Red chilli powder according to taste 

Olive/Vegetable oil 4-5 tablespoons 

3 chopped onions

1-2 chopped tomatoes 

2 green chillies

Coriander

Mint leaves (2-4 leaves only)

Pasta


Recipe 

1. Prepare chicken balls: Mix chicken mince, plain flour and corn flour. Add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon salt and half tablespoon black pepper, and leave for 4 hours. Then make small chicken balls and leave them aside.


2. Make the pasta sauce: Heat a pan, add oil and then add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. Now add half tablespoon salt and half tablespoon black pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, then let it cool down. Now, mix/grind the mixture.

3. Boil pasta and save 3-4 cups of pasta water before draining the water. Boil this pasta water, and add chicken balls in it. Let the balls cook for 8-10 minutes and then drain the water. Keep cooked chicken balls aside.

4. Now, in a pan, add prepared pasta sauce to the boiled pasta. Also add cooler chicken balls and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
