Ingredients:
4-5 Onions
8-10 mint leaves
3 green chillies
3 spring onion
Black pepper
Salt
Red chilli powder
Oil
Cumin seeds
Chickpea flour
Water
Recipe:
Chop onions, spring onions, green chillies and mint leaves.
Mix all ingredients.
Add salt, black pepper and red chilli as per taste.
Add 1/3 tablespoon cumin seeds.
Add 8-10 tablespoon chickpea flour and slowly add water & mix to a thick paste.
Let it settle for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a pan & add oil. Then, take small portion of the paste, add in the pan and gently press it.
After 3-4 minutes turn the pakora around and cook on the other side for another 4 minutes.
It will turn into a crispy cover and your easy snack in ready. Enjoy!!!
