Chicken Chowmein
Ingredients:
1 Capsicum
1/4 Cabbage
3 Green chillies
1 Onion
3 garlic bulbs
Small piece ginger
1 piece chicken thigh Boneless
Spaghetti
Salt
Red chilli powder
Olive/Vegetable oil
Recipe:
Chop capsicum, cabbage, green chillies, ginger, garlic and chicken thigh in thin strips.
Boil spaghetti for 10 mins or as instruction on the pack. Drain the water and keep aside.
Add oil in pan and add chicken strips.
Fry the chicken and add salt & red chilli powder as per taste.
Remove the chicken when fried, and add onions in the same pan.
Fry onion for 2 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum, cabbage, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Mix on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce & 1 tablespoon chilli oil. Mix well.
Add chicken strips and mix on high flame for 5 minutes.
Add the drained noodles and mix thoroughly.
